You’ll get an email so you can book in your Power Hour slot
The email will contain a link to a brief questionnaire for you to fill out. This is so I can get to know you better and we can make the most of the hour you’ve purchased
You can take a few images of some meals / snacks that you typically eat and bring them to the session so I have a better idea of what you’re currently eating, and what you could tweak. This helps me personalise my advice more to YOU.
