My Background For Success

I've worked with countless clients 1:1 to get them results: My work speaks for itself, but has given me consistent proof that what I do works.

The science and background knowledge: I studied Biological Anthropology to Masters level and have a BA(Hons) in Social Anthropology, both from the University of Cambridge. This gave me a grounding in biology and the human body, as well as cultural and behavioural variations.

I'm a Food Specialist

I ran and co-founded a successful plant based recipe website and provided professional consultancy to various food establishments on how to create the tastiest, balanced meals. This also allows me to adapt food from any culture and build health around someone's food traditions and background.

Successful Change Management Contracting Career

Contracted by the likes of Shell Energy, Close Brothers and The British Red Cross, I was sought after for my ability to connect with people at any level of an organisation, understand their needs and adapt my approach to ensure sustainable change was achieved. Using my skills and knowledge I've create high quality and impactful resources and training materials on practical nutrition.

My personal life:

I live and breathe healthy, delicious and non-restrictive nutrition within a very busy, pressurised lifestyle. I practice what I preach. I've also come from an ethnic minority background, as do many of my clients. I understand the diversity of culture, the food, and the barriers and difficulties that may come with these.
